Talks & seminars

If you are looking for a simple intro into the kind of work we provide you can avail of a talk or seminar which will include:

  • meditation
  • desk ergonomic skills
  • body health & awareness help
  • stress release techniques and
  • breathing techniques for relaxation.

The key to these powerful techniques is that they are easy to learn and are applicable to any person. The affects are often noticeable in quite a short period of time and can have a very positive affect on the employees well-being.

Costs: €70 per hour.

6 Week Tai chi and Qi Gong course

This program offers employees the opportunity to learn how to centre within the workplace. This program is applicable for all people wishing to explore Tai Chi and Qi Gong as the techniques offered are enjoyable and can be practiced at any time or place, making them an ideal way to negate difficulties and stresses within the workplace.

Course Cost & details: €75 p/p for a 6-week program. One-hour classes teaching a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 12 people to ensure personal attention for each participant.

6 Week Yoga Course

This program gives employees structural focus and techniques for the health of their skeletal-muscular systems. This program is applicable for all people wishing to learn about yoga as it covers basic to advanced aspects of yoga to ensure a thorough understanding for the people participating.

This course will especially help in stress reduction, health & nourishment of the body.

Course Cost & details: €75 p/p for a 6 week program. One hour classes teaching a minimum of 8 & maximum of 15 people to ensure personal attention for every participant.

6 Week Meditation Course

10 week Meditation program – The Care for the Self program (A Jade Sun School module)

This program looks at the fundamentals of meditation – Breathing techniques, alignment, opening and letting go of stress will be explored on this powerful course. It is healing focused and will teach people very simple and profound techniques that encourage them to become more self-empowered & aware.

The Care for the Self program is an ideal program to help people to become more fulfilled, efficient, responsive and integrated in the workplace. It is a very thorough and complete course that will have positive & profound affects on those attending.

Course Cost & details: €350 per person with a minimum of 6 & maximum of 12 people to ensure personal attention. 2 hour weekly classes or 2 and a half day seminar options are available.
